MORNING ARRIVAL

The school gates will be open from 08:40am - 08:50am.  Please note that both the gates at the front and rear of the school close promptly at 08:50am, therefore any children arriving after this time will need to be signed in at reception.

REPORTING ABSENCE FOR ILLNESS

If your child is going to be absent from school due to illness, on the first day of absence (and any consecutive days thereafter) parents/carers are required to report the absence providing as much information as possible by either:

• Calling and leaving a message on the schools Absence Line (01268 792133)

• Reporting via the ParentMail app

• Emailing the school office (admin@kentshill-jun.essex.sch.uk)
